19 May: Version 4.2.0 – Print & Mail, Sandbox, and Bank Account Notes
This release, deployed to production on May 19, includes powerful new capabilities for admin workflows, more flexible sandbox access for leads, and UX upgrades across the board. We’ve also launched support for the Print & Mail feature, which simplifies document fulfillment through external mailing services. Rounding it out are performance enhancements and several bug fixes.
✨ New Features
Sandbox: Sandbox access is now supported to trial the platform experience before onboarding.
Print and Mail: Users can now enroll in the Print & Mail service and submit checks for printing and mailing.
Bank Account Notes Fields: Users can now add up to 4 notes to their bank accounts and use these when designing checks in Design Studio.
➕ Improved
Set maximum number of users based on Pro / Enterprise: New guardrails ensure account user limits align with the selected pricing plan (Pro or Enterprise).
🔧 Fixed
A wide range of bug fixes are included in this release, with a focus on mobile access, user permissions, and UI/UX consistency. Highlights include:
Modals appearing after guest registration no longer persist incorrectly.
Guest and signer roles now count accurately toward user limits.
Fixed issues with font sizes, misaligned elements, and missing tooltips.
Resolved various typos, broken icons, and non-functional buttons.
Mobile sessions now expire as expected when access is revoked.
Credit card saving, preview checks, shipping speed labels, and logo formatting have been corrected.
Data integrity restored for accounts with invalid routing numbers or empty origin fields.
