# 26 Sep: Version 5.1.0 – "Smart Tables" in Dashboard, Print & Mail Improvements, and Stability Fixes

### I**ntroduction**

Released on **September 26, 2025**, version 5.1.0 continues to improve the stability and usability of CashCloud. This release introduces the new "Smart Tables" to the Payments in Process modals in the Dashboard, several user-requested improvements to Print & Mail, Checkbooks, and Dashboard modules, and addresses more than 15 bugs for a smoother overall experience.

### ✨ New Features

* **Apply new "Smart Tables" component to Dashboard tables**: Introduced Smart Tables for expanded views in the Dashboard, offering a more flexible and modern data experience including column management and sorting capabilities.

### ➕ Improved

* **Update Location button**: Clearer labeling in Payments for updating printer location.
* **Link to Roles & Permissions guide**: When inviting a user, a link to the Intercom article on Roles & Permissions is now shown for quick reference.
* **Positive Pay formats & bank nicknames**: Added new Positive Pay formats, as well as displayed the bank nickname when looking for Positive Pay banks.

### 🔧 Fixed

* **Checkbooks not printing**: Resolved issue where checkbooks were stuck in pending despite printers being connected.
* **Wells Fargo Positive Pay**: Fixed issue where files could not be generated in Wells Fargo format.
* **Sorting by date**: Tables now sorted correctly by newest date.
* **Email reminders**: Fixed issue where reminder emails were not being sent.
* **Output Status columns**: Corrected columns for pending tables (Approval, Disbursement, Signature).
* **Positive Pay updates**: Positive Pay records now update correctly when a file is generated.
* **Dashboard processing counts**: Fixed error where printed checks with issues were not counted.
* **Currency filter**: Corrected bug where filter closed prematurely upon selection.
* **Tab switching in Output editing**: Fixed auto-updating and closing behavior when switching tabs mid-edit.
* **Minor UI enhancements**: Adjusted spacing and slash formatting in Bank Account/Import Type fields.
* **Validation errors**: Fixed error handling when other tabs had empty fields.
* **Invoice totals**: Corrected invoice table totals to avoid showing check amounts when invoices are absent.
* **Additional small fixes**: Over 15 stability updates across modules.
