# 19 Dec: Version 5.5.0 – Digital Output Enhancements, Data Import Improvements, and Fixes

Version **5.5.0** delivers a new design system for managing outputs, introduces folder structure options when downloading digital copies, and strengthens data import workflows, alongside several UX refinements and important bug fixes.

#### ✨ **New Features**

* **Digital Copy Folder Configuration:** Added the ability to configure folder structures for downloaded digital copies (by batch or by day), giving users greater control over file organization and retrieval.
* **Improved Error Support Flow:** Introduced a “Contact Support” option when errors occur with a Print & Mail order, making it easier for users to get help and resolve issues quickly.

**Outputs:** 

* Enhanced the Outputs module with updated layouts and usability refinements aligned with the latest designs.
* Added a table that shows which bank accounts are associate with the output.

**Data Groups & Imports**

* Improved scheduled import handling by allowing replacements with file uploads, reducing friction when managing automated imports.
* Enhanced data group syncing to improve reliability and consistency.

**Bulk Actions:** Added an informational banner explaining maximum selection limits to reduce confusion during bulk actions.

* Corrected modal behavior for missing required fields.
* Fixed incorrect labeling for ACH remittance print options.
* Fixed dropdown and button alignment issues in responsive layouts.

* Fixed failures where a second automatic import would not complete successfully.
* Corrected incomplete configuration requirements in connector setup flows.
* Fixed issues with SFTP connection information modals.

**Selection & Bulk Actions**

* Fixed issues where selected items became unselected unexpectedly.
* Restored visibility of the “Unselect all” option when applicable.
* Fixed “Select All” behavior in Payments in Process.
* Resolved issues preventing users from selecting larger numbers of payees.

**Payments & Dashboard**

* Fixed incorrect behavior in the “Update Payment Status” modal.
* Corrected selection issues in Dashboard payment views.
