# 12 Sep: Version 5.0.0 – Redesigned Payments Table, Dashboard Enhancements, and KPI Tracking

**Introduction:**

Version 5.0.0 introduces a major update to the **Payments table**, now featuring a completely redesigned layout using our new design system. Users benefit from a cleaner look, column management capabilities, persistent user preferences, and improved filtering. We also enhanced the **Dashboard** with visibility into processing payments, helping teams act faster and more confidently. Additional upgrades include **ACH Full Remittance** toggling, key **Print & Mail metrics**, and UX refinements across modules.

#### ✨ New Features

* **Modern Payments Table:** Launched a redesigned Payments table with column selection, ordering, and persistent user settings. The new UI is based on our modern design system, offering a faster, cleaner experience.
* **Dashboard Shows Processing Payments:** The dashboard now displays payments currently being processed. This provides immediate visibility for users managing high-volume workflows and reduces uncertainty.
* **Toggle for ACH Remittance:** Added option to enable or disable full remittance in ACH payments, giving more control to finance teams over the level of detail in files.
* **Print & Mail KPIs:** Introduced key metrics to the Print & Mail tab to help track performance and bottlenecks.
* **Import File Notification:** Users are now notified of how many flat files were successfully imported, as well as an ability to see the name of these files.

* **Checkbooks - Search by Payor/Bank:** Enhanced search filter functionality to support search by Payor or Bank in the Checkbooks module.
* **Batch Table Empty State:** Improved the empty state message and layout when no data is present in batch views.
* **Timeline Experience:** Adjusted layout and labels in the Print & Mail timeline to better reflect key steps (e.g., printed, mailed, voided).
* **Max Limit Modals:** application now shows clear, user-friendly messages when maximum number of features are reached.
* **Widget Copy and Labeling:** Minor UI copy improvements to make widgets in the Dashboard easier to interpret and navigate.

#### 🔧 Fixed

* Fixed inconsistent form layout and text wrapping in onboarding flows.
* Corrected edge-case bugs in the Print & Mail timeline, including missing voided status.
* Resolved issue where archived users were appearing in the Users table.
* Fixed error where ACH export was using outdated bank details.
* 50+ other fixes across ACH exports, remittance layouts, mail status tracking, and user roles.
