# 29 May: Version 6.5.0 – New Design System Expansion, Digital Copy Uploads, and Reports Improvements

Version **6.5.0** expands the new design system across additional modules, improves document handling for Print & Mail workflows, and delivers meaningful enhancements to the Reports experience. This release brings the **new design system to Roles, PayShift Rules, and Printers**, adds support for **uploading digital copies** and **extending bulk retry and ignore actions** for Print & Mail payments, and improves reporting with better naming, status filtering, and search value behavior.

* **Digital Copy Uploads and Expanded Bulk Actions for P\&M:** Added support for uploading digital copies and extended bulk retry and ignore actions to Print & Mail checks, making it easier to manage larger groups of payment-related items and streamline exception handling in Print & Mail workflows.

* **New Design System for Roles, PayShift Rules, and Printers:** Applied the new design system to the Roles, PayShift Rules, and Printers modules, bringing a cleaner layout, more consistent spacing, and a more modern, unified experience across these areas of the platform.
* **PayShift Rules Enhancements:** Improved the PayShift Rules experience with additional filters, sorting options, better visibility controls for payee and payment tables, and more dynamic payment type behavior based on the selected bank account.
* **Reports Module Improvements:** Enhanced Reports so that **Digital Check** is now available as a transaction type when applicable, the **Status** filter reflects current payment statuses and supports multi-select behavior, and the **Search value** options respond more accurately to the selected bank account, filter type, and date criteria.
* **Report File Naming and Validation:** Updated report downloads so the exported filename uses the user-entered report name, while also adding validation rules and inline guidance to prevent unsupported characters.
* **Reports Bank Account Selection:** Added the ability to select and unselect all available bank accounts in Reports, making report setup faster for users working across many accounts.

* **General Stability:** Addressed additional edge cases and interface issues to improve reliability in day-to-day use.
